No warranty or guarantee is provided with the image quality including resolution or cropping; minor scratching may occur as we add your images to the locket. We recommend you upload high-quality and high-resolution images. We may keep your images for up to 6 months before deletion.
Please Note: All complimentary engravings are engraved bespoke to order. This process can add an additional 3 days to your delivery. Once your piece has been custom engraved, it cannot be returned unless faulty.
Due to the nature of this piece being a delicate flat surface and customised by hand, fine scratches may be visible after engraving and are natural occurring with wear.
