Currently Medley Jewellery only ships to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom. Medley offers free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD and free international express shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150 AUD and all United States, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom orders over $250 AUD. International Delivery may have duties and taxes applicable on package arrival. These are charged in addition to international shipping costs and the customer will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by location/country.

ENGRAVING
Any orders including complimentary laser engraving, are completed in our Australian studio. Please note an additional 3-5 business days will be applied to delivery. Once engraved this item cannot be returned unless faulty.

OUR PACKAGING
All Medley Jewellery orders arrive in our signature green Medley Jewellery box. At check out you will have the option of selecting either Sustainable Packaging (items packed together where possible) or Individual Packaging.
Packaging Options:
1. Sustainable Packaging
This is our preferred shipping choice to reduce waste. This choice combines products in our recyclable Medley green box with reusable 100% cotton pouch inside. All items will be packaged together where possible unless ‘Individual’ is selected. Items will be packaged securely in our multi-cut signature foam and cotton insert designed to keep your jewellery safe and secure during transport.
