My Orders

For any current delivery delays, read our shipping information page here. 

Please allow us 1-3 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date. Once we’ve shipped your order,  Australian orders will arrive within 2-5 business days and New Zealand orders will arrive within 2-7 business days. 

Any orders including complimentary laser engraving, are completed in our Australian studio. Please note an additional 3-5 business days will be applied to delivery. Once engraved this item cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Australia Post might experience some delays due to the impacts of COVID-19.  Whilst the majority of parcels are arriving on time, there are ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic that may impact your delivery time.

If we’ve shipped your order we aren’t able to cancel it, so if you do wish to cancel, please contact us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.

Currently, we only ship within Australia, New Zealand and United States.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to let you know and include a handy tracking link. That way you can watch your order like a hawk, from dispatch to your door.

This certainly shouldn’t happen! We are committed to handling and packing your order with care, however, in the instance that something didn’t go to plan, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to: 

  • meeting the requirements of the Medley Refund Policy;
  • the goods being in “As New Condition”, including any tags still attached;
  • the return is accompanied by proof of purchase;
  • your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Definition of 'As New Condition': The item must not have been worn and must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear (including any tags still attached). Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of Medley Jewellery.

Engraved, Personalised and Custom Items 

Personalised, engraved, and special orders (including items handmade to customer specifications, lockets with images, and items that have been resized to fit), are not eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind Policy, this includes pieces of this nature on sale. 

Earrings

Due to strict hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind Policy. Please choose wisely when selecting your earrings pieces. 

Flash Sale and Final Markdowns

Unless faulty, both flash sale and final markdown items are treated as final and are not eligible for our 30 Day Change of Mind Policy. 

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings or engraved pieces, read our returns policy for more information.

All our items have a 3-month manufacturer warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse.

No, once approved via ouronline return portal, orders must be returned via the post to our warehouse. Please note, any returns that do not follow this process will not be accepted. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

Medley items are suitable for everyday wear however, being so fine in nature, extra care and attention is required to maintain its prime condition.

We do our best to restock sold-out pieces as soon as possible. If you have your eye on something that’s out of stock, pop in your email on the product description page and we’ll let you know when it’s available again. If an item is totally out of stock indefinitely, it’ll be taken down from our website.

We don’t want to see you go, but it’s up to you. So if you’d like to stop receiving our emails, just click the ‘unsubscribe’ button from your last Medley email.

We’ll send you an email once your order is confirmed so you can check all those details. If you don’t receive an email, please contact us.
