MY ORDER

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We know you can’t wait to start wearing your new Medley faves, and we can’t wait to get them to you! But since teleporting isn’t a thing yet, please allow us 1-2 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date. Once we’ve shipped it, you’ll get your goodies in 2-5 business days.

The folks at Australia Post are currently working super hard, but might experience some delays due to the impacts of COVID-19.  Whilst the majority of parcels are arriving on time, there are ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic that may impact your delivery time.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Oops – didn’t mean to do that? If we’ve shipped your order we aren’t able to cancel it, so if you do wish to cancel, please let us know ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.

Sorry! We only ship within Australia.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to let you know and include a handy tracking link. That way you can watch your order like a hawk, from dispatch to your door.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT OR A PRODUCT IN POOR CONDITION?

This certainly shouldn’t happen! We are committed to handling and packing your order with care, however, in the instance that something didn’t go to plan, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • I received my order in poor condition
  • I ordered the wrong size
  • The product is not what I expected and I'd like to exchange it for another one or return it

All products sent back for an exchange or return need to be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with any exchange. It is your responsibility to provide the correct packaging to make sure all items arrive at our facilities in perfect condition. For further information, please see our returns policy.

You have 30 days starting from the day of delivery of your order to proceed with an exchange or return.

What is the warranty period of my product?

All our items have a 3-month manufacturer warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against defects of materials. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse.

How do I care for my Medley jewellery?

We want you to wear your Medley jewellery for as long as it makes you feel amazing. So here's a few tips to keep it looking brand sparklin' new.

Wear it.

Sterling silver and gold plated jewellery doesn't like moisture much. So feel free to shower, swim, sweat up a storm, spray perfume, slather on lotion and do the dishes (or not), just don't do it in your jewellery.

Keep it.

When you're not doing your own thing in it, store your jewellery in a cool dry place. Be sure to wrap it in something soft, so it doesn't get scratched.

Clean it. 

18k Fine Gold Plated: less is more when it comes to cleaning this baby (yay!) so avoid jewellery cleaner and other chemicals. Just a gentle wipe with a soft cloth will do. Or a warm water bath, if it's had a really long day.

Sterling Silver: keep shining on with an occasional dose of care from a silver jewellery cleaner and or polishing cloth. Make sure to rinse and dry your treasures afterwards. Be dazzled.

10k Gold: you want your golden wonders to really glisten, so enlist the assistance of a gold jewellery cleaner and or a trusty polishing cloth. Give it a little rinse and dry afterwards. Consider your jewels pampered.

Can I wear my Medley jewellery every day?

Medley items are suitable for everyday wear however, being so fine in nature, extra care and attention is required to maintain its prime condition.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ARE OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS RESTOCKED?

We do our best to restock sold-out pieces as soon as possible. If you have your eye on something that’s out of stock (heartbreak), pop in your email on the product description page and we’ll let you know when it’s available again (happiness!). If an item is totally out of stock, it’ll be taken down from our website.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEDLEY EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION?

We don’t want to see you go, but it’s up to you. So if you’d like to stop receiving our emails, just click the ‘unsubscribe’ button from your last Medley email.

HOW DO I CHECK THE DETAILS OF MY ORDER ARE CORRECT AFTER I’VE CHECKED OUT?

We’ll send you an email once your order is confirmed so you can check all those details. If you don’t receive an email, please contact us.

CAN I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

Sure can. Just remove any pieces that don’t quite make the cut (this time) from your cart, before your order is processed.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We’ve got you! We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?
