My Order

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow us 1-3 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date. Once we’ve shipped your order,  Australian orders will arrive within 2-5 business days and New Zealand orders will arrive within 2-7 business days. 

Any orders including complimentary laser engraving, are completed in our Australian studio. Please note an additional 3-5 business days will be applied to delivery. Once engraved this item cannot be returned unless faulty.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If we’ve shipped your order we aren’t able to cancel it, so if you do wish to cancel, please contact us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Currently, we only ship within  Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to let you know and include a handy tracking link. That way you can watch your order like a hawk, from dispatch to your door.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT OR A PRODUCT IN POOR CONDITION?

This certainly shouldn’t happen! We are committed to handling and packing your order with care, however, in the instance that something didn’t go to plan, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • I received my order in poor condition
  • I ordered the wrong size
  • The product is not what I expected and I'd like to exchange it for another one or return it 

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings, lockets or engraved pieces, read our returns policy for more information.

All products sent back for an exchange or return need to be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with any exchange. It is your responsibility to provide the correct packaging to make sure all items arrive at our facilities in perfect condition. For further information, please see our returns policy

You have 30 days starting from the day of delivery of your order to proceed with an exchange or return.

What is the warranty period of my product?

All our items have a 3-month manufacturer warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against defects of materials. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse.  

Can I drop off my return to your head office?

No, once approved via our online return portal, orders must be returned via the post to our warehouse. Please note, any returns that do not follow this process will not be accepted. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

Can I wear my Medley jewellery every day?

Medley items are suitable for everyday wear however, being so fine in nature, extra care and attention is required to maintain its prime condition. We recomend taking your jewellery off at the end of the day. Sleeping in your jewellery can cause unwanted tangles in fine, delicate pieces and even possible breakage. Avoid contact with your lotions, perfumes, and makeup. Refer back to that ‘last on’ point above. Pop your jewellery on just before you head out the door, so that any moisturisers and perfumes have absorbed into your skin and so you don’t get any makeup caked in your fave pieces.

ARE OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS RESTOCKED?

We do our best to restock sold-out pieces as soon as possible. If you have your eye on something that’s out of stock, pop in your email on the product description page and we’ll let you know when it’s available again. If an item is totally out of stock indefinitely, it’ll be taken down from our website.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEDLEY EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION?

We don’t want to see you go, but it’s up to you. So if you’d like to stop receiving our emails, just click the ‘unsubscribe’ button from your last Medley email.

HOW DO I CHECK THE DETAILS OF MY ORDER ARE CORRECT AFTER I’VE CHECKED OUT?

We’ll send you an email once your order is confirmed so you can check all those details. If you don’t receive an email, please contact us.

CAN I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

Sure can. Just remove any pieces that don’t quite make the cut (this time) from your cart, before your order is processed.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We’ve got you! We accept VISA, Mastercard, Afterpay Australia, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Fear not, your security while shopping online with Medley is extremely important to us, and we've taken all reasonable measures to make sure your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.
Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.

Australia Post might experience some delays due to the impacts of COVID-19.  Whilst the majority of parcels are arriving on time, there are ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic that may impact your delivery time.
