Printing photo lockets can be finicky, that’s why we have made this task as easy and seamless as possible. Due to the personalised nature of this complimentary printing service, please allow an extra few days to prepare your gorgeous locket. We recommend you upload high quality and high resolution images. We may keep your images up to 6 months before deletion.
Images will be printed in black and white only on photo paper. You may only upload up to 2 images that you own or have licence to use for this service. Offensive, explicit or inappropriate images will not be accepted. All images will be viewed by Medley. No warranty or guarantee is provided with the image quality including resolution or cropping; minor scratching may occur as we add your images to the locket.

Some of our locket products are offered with a complimentary image printing service, where we will deliver your locket with an image (or images) displayed in the locket. For this service: (a) images will be printed in black and white only on [200gsm] photo paper (this is not waterproof); you may only provide us with images that you own or have licence to use for this service; (c) offensive, explicit, branded or inappropriate images/orders will not be accepted. Acceptance at the absolute discretion of Medley; (d) all images will be viewed by Medley; (e) no warranty or guarantee is provided with the image quality including resolution or cropping; minor scratching may occur as we add your images to the locket; (f) we may keep your images for up to 6 months before deletion. We recommend you upload high quality and high resolution images.
