Our Packaging
All Medley Jewellery orders arrive in our signature green Medley Jewellery box. At checkout you will have the option of selecting either Sustainable Packaging (items packed together where possible) or Individual Packaging.
Packaging Options:
Sustainable Packaging
This is our preferred shipping choice to reduce waste. This choice combines products in our recyclable Medley green box with reusable 100% cotton pouch inside. All items will be packaged together where possible unless ‘Individual’ is selected. Items will be packaged securely in our multi-cut signature foam and cotton insert designed to keep your jewellery safe and secure during transport.
Individual Packaging
Individual products per box in our recyclable Medley green box with reusable cotton pouch inside. We recommend this for gift purchases.

About Our Packaging
At Medley, we've worked hard to make our packaging and shipping products as eco-friendly as we can. Our packaging has been designed with both our planet and your new jewellery in mind.
Shipper Boxes:
Our Medley shipper boxes feature our signature Medley green colour, these boxes are reusable, recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. Our shipper boxes are taped closed with kraft paper packing tape. Before disposing in your recycle bin, please remove any additional tape and mailing labels.
Our Jewellery Packaging:
Our jewellery boxes are crafted from leatherette made of 100% ISO & FSC eco-friendly certified paper (instead of outdated PU) and are recyclable. Please cut out the magnet from the box and flatten it before placing it into your recycling bin. Lastly, dispose of the cotton covered foam insert in your general waste.
Any printed materials included with your order can be recycled. Any soft plastic we do ship with your order (and there will generally be none or very little) can either be recycled through soft plastic recycling programs or are degradable (please look for symbol).
Our Cotton Pouch:
Each jewellery order comes with our signature white 100% cotton jewellery pouch with a divider. This is perfect for storing your jewellery while travelling.
Jewellery Care
We want you to wear and love your Medley pieces for a long time. So here are a few tips to keep your jewellery looking as good as new.
When not being worn, store your jewellery in an airtight, cool dry place. Our packaging is for transport only and is not recommended for long term storage. Be sure to separate or wrap your jewellery in something soft, so it won’t get scratched or tangled. Keep away from extreme temperatures, humidity, and sunlight. Ensure pieces are completely dry before storing.
