They are a fantastic staple and base earing, great on their own or made extra with charm dangle. Love the clip on it too nice and strong for everyday wear

allergic reaction to earrings
The earrings are very delicate and the design is perfect for daily use.
a bit thinner than what I was expecting, but still gorgeous.
HOWEVER, it started to give me an allergic reaction.
I have sensitive ears, but never had issues with gold earrings before.
I bought to use it on my second ear piercing and for the first few days it was ok. It was a bit red and swollen, but not painful. I took it out the day before yesterday to let my ears rest and today when I tried to put the earrings again it was super painful.
I was really keen to buy more earrings, but I am not sure if my ears would be happy with it, unfortunately

We're so sorry you've encountered this issue! While we are hesitant to provide guidance on allergic reactions (we're definitely not doctors!), what we can do is can confirm that our 10K gold alloy does not contain nickel, so it is unlikely to be a result of a nickel allergy (which can be common with jewellery).

Without the appropriate advice of a doctor, it would be very hard for us to help you get to the root of the allergy you experienced, however, sometimes inflammation can also be caused by foreign substances or bacteria being introduced to the posts; so a thorough clean (including steam clean/ soak may address the issue.
