Due to the personalised nature of this complimentary printing service, please allow us an extra few days to prepare your gorgeous locket. As always, we will let you know once it has passed our quality checks and is on its way to you.
Images will be printed in black and white only on 250gsm photo paper. You may only upload up to 2 images that you own or have a licence to use for this service. Offensive, explicit, branded or inappropriate photos/orders will not be accepted. All images will be viewed by Medley. No warranty or guarantee is provided with the image quality including resolution or cropping; minor scratching may occur as we add your images to the locket. We recommend you upload high-quality and high-resolution images. We may keep your images for up to 6 months before deletion.
All complimentary engravings are engraved bespoke to order. This process can add an additional 3 days to your delivery.
Once your piece has been customised with engraving or images it cannot be returned unless faulty.
Due to the nature of this piece being a delicate flat surface and customised by hand, fine scratches may be visible after engraving and are natural occurring with wear.
