We have a small team of engraving technicians who work on site in our office in Brisbane, Australia, to get your perfect, personalised piece ready and sent to you. Your precious jewels deserve the best, so we use a state-of-the-art laser engraving machine, allowing the ultimate precision and high definition results.
How Long Does Engraving Take?
All complimentary jewellery engravings are engraved bespoke to order. This process can add an additional 3-5 days to your delivery. Once your piece has been custom engraved, it cannot be returned unless faulty, read our return policy for more information.
Is Engraving Jewellery Safe?
Engraving jewellery is safe to do when completed by qualified technicians. At Medley, we engrave our items by hand on site. Due to the nature of this jewellery being delicate and engraved by hand, fine scratches may be visible after engraving and are naturally occurring with wear.
