The team here at Medley are committed to ethically sourcing and crafting our jewellery. As part of our drive to provide high-quality diamonds, we are proud to introduce the use of sustainability-rated laboratory grown diamonds.
Laboratory grown diamonds are diamonds that possess the same carbon atoms as their naturally formed counterparts. They have essentially the same chemical, physical (including optical) properties and crystal structure as mined pieces, with the benefit of minimising unlawful practices and conflict zones. Our laboratory-grown diamonds are in accordance with the SCS-007 Jewelry Sustainability Standard Series – Sustainability Rated Diamond from SCS Global Services. They are also climate neutral which ensures you're purchasing high-quality, brilliant pieces that align with your values.
How to Clean 18k Fine Gold Plated Jewellery

Wash Gently
Give your diamond jewellery a bath in warm soapy water for about 20 minutes to remove any built-up dirt and oil.

Use a Polishing Cloth
You can scrub the stones in your piece very gently with a soft brush (like a baby's toothbrush) but be careful not to scrub the metal setting too much. Rinse your diamond jewellery and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Admire that sparkle!
What NOT to Do

Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Don't use any harsh chemicals to clean your gold jewellery (household cleaners have no place here!).

Avoid Hard Surfaces
Banging your diamond against a hard surface could cause damage, so don't be reckless.
