Worn for Coco Chen

Creator, rocker, and all-round cool girl, Coco Chen is one of our ultimate Medley muses.
With her natural beauty and love of self-expression, we tapped Coco again for
our PRIMAVERA Spring ’21 campaign – which centres on holiday daydreaming, sweet escapism, and on celebrating
the beauty all around us.

At Medley, we create jewellery
for and inspired by the modern woman, who’s unafraid to express herself in her own way. As someone with a unique personal style and attitude we aspire to, we asked Coco to share with us what makes her tick.

Coco on her personal style…

“I have always been the most comfortable in baggy clothes, but before baggy style was trendy, I was judged for wearing ‘boyish clothes.’ But thanks to my family, till this day I am open to different looks and can easily switch between masculine and feminine style! I rarely follow the trend, and always go for
vintage designs.”

For those looking for a way to express themselves, or the confidence to find and rock their own personal style, she says: “look at yourself more often than looking at others. The world needs more authenticity, more originality. Find out what you love, whether it is painting, movies, or music - get inspired by what you love.”

On confidence, success, and independence…

When it’s time to take on something new, or just get an extra confidence boost, Coco
says: “I always tell myself to do it with my best and give everything. Tomorrow when I wake up, I will have no regrets because I did the best I can.”
