Quite Let Down
I purchased this product after clarification from Medley via phone that this product 45cm. Once the necklace was already in the post I got an email back from one I sent prior to calling, which informed that this necklace was, in fact, only 40cm. They rectified the confusion on their sizes of the necklace on the websites, however it was a very frustrating and lengthy process.
Additionally, this necklace looks a lot thinner in person than on their website, so take this into account before purchasing!!
Nonetheless, I appreciated Medley’s response to this issue and am glad I finally received my refund!
